Yvine theme license

This license is between you, the buyer, and Yvine Design OÜ (Estonia), the maker of the Yvine Shopify theme. We have kept it short and plain.

One store per purchase

One purchase lets you use Yvine on one Shopify store. You may keep extra copies of the theme in that same store, for example a draft to try changes on. For another store, please buy another license.

Change it as you like

You may change the theme's code, settings, texts and pictures as much as you like for your own store. If a developer or agency builds the store for you, they may work on it under your license.

Please do not share or resell it

You may not sell, give away, share or publish the theme or any part of its code, whether changed or not. That includes using it as the starting point for another theme.

Updates

Updates are included for life. Whenever we release a new version, you can download it at no extra cost: open your activation page again with the same store address and you get a fresh private download link to the newest version. We don't send an email when a new version is out; the changelog lists every version and what's new. You don't have to update: the version you have keeps working on your store.

Something broken? We fix it free, for everyone, in the next update. Missing a feature? Tell us — the most-requested ones come as free updates.

Support

You get free email support for 6 months from your purchase: we answer questions about the theme's settings and features. Write to us through the contact page. Bug fixes are always free and come with the updates. Hands-on work, such as setting up or changing your store or custom code, is a paid service. Setting up your store is an optional service, from €500, depending on your needs, arranged and invoiced separately after you've bought the theme: write to yvinedesign@gmail.com. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Yvine isn't right for your store, ask within 14 days of purchase — we refund in full and switch your license off. Email yvinedesign@gmail.com with your order number; this works also after you have downloaded the theme, and the money goes back to the payment method you used. When we refund, this license ends: the license key and download link stop working, and you may no longer use the theme on any store. The guarantee is our own promise on top of your statutory rights; the right of withdrawal itself ends when you start the download, as you agreed at purchase. See the Refund policy.

Warranty

We build and test Yvine carefully, and we use it on our own store. Beyond the money-back guarantee above and the rights you have under EU consumer law, the theme comes as it is, without other guarantees. Apps, Shopify itself and changes made to the code by someone else are outside what we can answer for.

Ownership

Yvine Design OÜ keeps the copyright in the theme. The pictures that come with the theme's styles are part of it and are covered by this license. Your own content stays yours.
